The camshaftless
spring machine can be divided into five parts: the straightening mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the deceleration mechanism, the variable pitch operating mechanism, and the disconnecting mechanism.
1. The school directly organizes:
The position of the straightening mechanism is between the material frame and the feed roller. It consists of 2 sets of straightening rollers. The purpose of the straightening system software is to remove the original bending deformation of the stainless steel wire. After straightening, you can straighten. For forming machinery and equipment, it is convenient to improve the accuracy of the coil spring.
2. Feeding institutions:
The feeding mechanism is a device that relies on two pairs or two pairs of feeding wheels to clamp the stainless steel wire, and the rotation of the feeding wheel drives the stainless steel wire to advance in parallel. The transmission gear on the tenon of the feed shaft is used to cooperate with the incomplete sector worm gear transmission. The upper and lower rollers have the same speed ratio, but rotate in opposite directions. The feed wheel rotates for 7 days. The length of the feed is the diameter of the feed wheel. The length of the spring can be determined by the number of turns of the feed wheel. The number of teeth of the sector-shaped incomplete transmission gear is the number of revolutions of the feed wheel (actual reference coefficient table).
3. Reduction agency:
The diameter reducing mechanism refers to the operating mechanism of the spring diameter when the spring is wound. It consists of two ejector rods and a reduction camshaft that drives the ejector rods.
When making cylindrical springs, the traces of the springs do not change. Adjusting the two ejector rods to opposite positions conforms to the outer diameter of the spring, the positions of the two ejector rods will not change.
When manufacturing reducing springs, such as convex surface, truncated cone spring, ejector rod, etc., loosen the front, rear, left, and right anchor bolts, so that the ejector rod retracts back and forth in the tool table to change the outer warp of the spring. Shaft-driven rams exceed the goal of producing a wide variety of reducer springs.
4. Medium diameter change mechanism:
The pitch diameter changing mechanism is a mechanism for manipulating the pitch diameter of the spring. The machine has two mechanisms:
(1) It consists of a pitch knife and a variable pitch camshaft. The variable camshaft is a reasonable number of working spring coils, and the anchor bolts under the pitch knife adjust the spring aspect ratio;
(2) Camshaft drive system The crankshaft releases the pitch knife from inside the device, making a stronger estimate for larger pitch springs.
5. Disconnect the organization:
The wire breaking mechanism is the final production and processing posture of the spring when the stainless steel wire is wound and broken. Disconnection is carried out according to the knife and core.
