⑴When the spring pitch is small, the pitch pusher can be used to control the spring pitch. When the spring pitch is small, the cutter is installed and fixed on the upper cutter seat of the 08 type computer spring machine, and the pitch push knife is installed on the lower knife seat, and the left-handed spring is opposite to it. In addition, the pitch push knife is divided into two specifications of 30° and 45°, and the corresponding specification can be selected according to the operation needs.

⑵When the spring pitch is large, the pitch pusher can be used to control the spring pitch. When the spring pitch is large, install and fix the ground pick pin on the pitch push rod of the 08-type CNC spring machine, and use the corresponding cam piece for assistance. At this time, install the cutting knife on the upper knife seat, install the pitch knife on the lower knife seat to assist crimping (optional), use the pick needle on the pitch push rod to control the pitch, and the left hand direction is opposite to it.

⑶When the spring pitch is moderate, you can use the pitch push knife or push rod to control the spring pitch. When the spring pitch is moderate, you can choose the control method of the spring pitch according to your own operating habits.
